Welcome to our home on the web!
If you are a student (or a parent / guardian) looking for suitable private sector accommodation in Stoke-on-Trent, then I hope we can be of assistance.
My name is Alan Scoones, and I am the owner/landlord of the properties displayed on this web site. These are managed by myself and my wife, Deborah - no agencies are involved - and we like to think that we can offer a quality service regarding accommodation for students.
All properties are ideally placed for Staffordshire University, with Stoke railway station nearby and easy access to local shops and the city centre.

Typically, tenants will be students that have spent their first year in the University "Halls of Residence" and are looking to move into private accommodation for the 2nd and 3rd years.
Finding somewhere suitable to live is important. Besides the location, you need to be confident that the home you're moving to is properly maintained, comfortable, and as safe and secure as possible.
As you will see from the logo's at the top of the page, we are registered with the "Landlord Accreditation Scheme" run by Stoke City Council - which means our properties meet the specified standards in terms of health and safety and basic standards (although we like to think we exceed these!). We are also registered and members of The North Staffordshire Landlords Association.
We are continually upgrading the properties, both in terms of the structure and contents, with a policy of replacing "old with new" - not secondhand, wherever possible.
All our properties have a CORGI Gas Safety check annually, an NIC/EIC Electrical Safety Inspection Certificate, and are equipped with mains powered smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire blankets, etc. They all comply with current housing legislation and local council regulations in respect of planning, Building Control, Environmental Health and Fire regulations.
Please have a look around the site and if you like what you see, then please
